Description

Ingredients: 100% edible flowers.

Cakes and other sweets today are as much about appearance as they are about taste, and we hope to help you create something truly iconic. Since every flower is naturally one-of-a-kind and unrepeatable, they make any sweet creation unique —unlike a factory-made sugar flower produced en masse. They effortlessly garnish treats and are very easy to use. Rather than fiddling with buttercream or marzipan flowers, you can simply place them on your cake with tweezers in just a few seconds. Plus, they contain no water, so they won’t wilt on a hot summer day, as fresh flowers do. Their natural elegance will undoubtedly be the highlight of any celebration and wow guests with their sophistication.

Our plants are edible and organically grown on our farms. Every flower is hand-picked and arranged by our team. We do not use any aromas, colorants, additives, preservatives, pesticides, or chemicals in the product or process. If you are looking for the most cost-efficient way to source safe edible flowers, skip the middlemen and order directly from our team.
The blooms are very versatile, and unlike flowers from a florist, they are safe to eat. In fact, we carry out laboratory testing every year with one French and one Slovenian lab, testing for all potential risks. The results, along with our HACCP certificate, are available upon request via email.

The product should be stored airtight at room temperature, and keeping it in the dark will preserve its colors. Although it is technically safe to eat them indefinitely, they are best consumed within two years. If the flowers (or any other freeze-dried food) are exposed to sunlight, they will fade, so we always recommend storing them in a dark cupboard.

Now, about freeze-drying: we snap-freeze everything as soon as possible, which essentially freezes the flowers in time, preserving their fresh and youthful appearance forever. The blooms are then transferred to a freeze-dryer, where they remain for quite a while—up to a few days. The freeze-dryer applies an enormous vacuum that enables the drying process to occur without damaging high temperatures. Initially, the temperature is raised by just a few degrees Celsius, and we finish at a maximum of room temperature.
